Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

Above Ground Pool Superstore supplies a large range of products, some items may be shipped from our warehouse in Perth via Australia Post, Team Global Express or another suitable courier, other items may be shipped from our major suppliers in Sydney and Brisbane. Some items have the option to pickup from Sydney and Brisbane, we will offer you the pickup option when you are emailed a shipping quote or you can request this in the notes of your order.

• Handling Time:
• Small item orders are processed within 24 hours (not including weekends or public holidays).
• From time of payment, above ground pools can take up to 3 weeks for order processing and manufacture as they are made to order ex Sydney factory. Shipping time is not including in the 3 weeks timeframe. 
• From time of payment, pool liners can take 10-12 business days for order processing and manufacture ex Sydney or Brisbane factories. Shipping time is not included in the 10-12 day timeframe. Some pool liners may already be in stock and ready to be shipped straight away. 
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• Processing & Shipping Delays:
  • Above Ground Pool Superstore takes no responsibility for delays caused by the courier, we can assist you with contacting the courier for enquiries relating to shipping delays or you may contact them direct with your tracking number. 
  • If our suppliers are experiencing a high volume of orders (possible in peak season), order processing and shipments may be slightly delayed. Please contact us for updates on your order if the reasonable time frame has been exceeded. 

International Shipping:

• For smaller items we can quote international shipping. Larger items such as pool liners and above ground pools cannot be shipped overseas. 

Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind Return Policy:

• Timeframe:
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Some of our suppliers who ship direct from their factory to you have their own return policies, please contact us prior to purchasing if you need more information on returns for a certain product. 

• Conditions:
• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them.
• Proof of purchase is required.

• Non-Returnable Items:
• Sterns Above Ground Pools, Pool Liners, Daisy Premium Leaf Covers, Pool Walls

• How to Initiate a Return:
  • Contact our customer service team at info@abovegroundpoolsuperstore.com.au to initiate a return. For change of mind returns, goods will be shipped back to us at your own expense. If your goods arrive damaged you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Please contact us with photo’s immediately.

Refunds:

• Processing:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer (you will need to supply us with your details). 

• Late or Missing Refunds:
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@abovegroundpoolsuperstore.com.au

Exchanges:

• Process:
• If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@abovegroundpoolsuperstore.com.au. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

• Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges:
  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
